OpenERP (formerly named Tiny ERP) is an ERP/CRM system.

The software is claimed to be a complete ERP and CRM system. It has separate client and server components. XML-RPC interfaces are available.

Among the features are management accounting, financial accounting, inventory management, sales and purchase management, tasks automation, marketing campaigns, help desk, and point of sale.

The Linux user interface is GTK+ based. Windows and Mac OS X versions also available.

A web interface 'eTiny' is also available using the Turbogears web framework.

OpenERP is often seen as an alternative to the major open-source ERP solutions Compiere/Adempiere. Open ERP is not as mature as Compiere/Adempiere; however it is arguably easier to implement and customize due its cleaner and more modular approach.
