Reference Guide

This guide contains technical reference information for developers who are using the Google Cloud Storage API. The Google Cloud Storage API provides a RESTful interface for programmatically accessing Google's cloud storage technology known as Google Cloud Storage.

The documentation is intended for developers. It assumes that you are familiar with web services and REST, and that you have experience writing programs that consume web services through HTTP requests.

Before you start accessing Google Cloud Storage, we recommend that you read the API Overview , which provides detailed information about how to use the Google Cloud Storage API. In addition, you must read the Authentication guide to set up authentication before you can use Google Cloud Storage.
