If you do not have Eclipse, download the latest Eclipse version from http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/ and install the latest version of the Google plugin for Eclipse , rather than any of these older versions.
Installing from an update site
You can install the Google Plugin for Eclipse using the software installation feature of Eclipse. Use a plugin link from the table below that corresponds to your version of Eclipse.
Installing from a local update archive
You can also install the Google Plugin for Eclipse by downloading the update site as an archive and installing from it. You may find this alternative approach helpful when Eclipse can't reach the update site, which is the case behind some firewalls. Links for the archives are listed in the table below.
