1. Sign up for a Google account.

   If you don't already have one, sign up for a Google account .

2. Go to the Google Developers Console .

3. Select your desired project to enable Google Compute Engine.

   If you want to create a new project, click Create Project .

4. Activate Google Compute Engine.

   Click Compute Engine to activate the service.

5. Set up billing.

   Google Compute Engine will prompt you to set up billing before you can use the service. It is not possible to use Google Compute Engine without activating billing.

That's it! You can now start using Google Compute Engine.
