Launch Stage Description
Trusted Tester Trusted Tester features are limited to a closed group of testers. To use these features, you must sign up in advance and sign a Trusted Tester agreement (which includes confidentiality provisions). They may be unstable, changed in backward-incompatible ways, and are not guaranteed to move forward to GA.
Experimental Experimental features are open to all developers. They may be unstable, changed in backward-incompatible ways and are not recommended for production use. They are not subject to any SLA or deprecation policy, and might not move forward to GA.
Limited Preview Limited Preview features require you to register your application in advance in order to use the feature. They might be changed in backward-incompatible ways and are not recommended for production use. They are not subject to any SLA or deprecation policy. Limited Preview features are expected to move to GA in an upcoming release.
Preview Preview features are open to all developers. They are subject to change and are not subject to any SLA or deprecation policy. Preview features are expected to move to GA in an upcoming release.
General Availability (GA) GA features are open to all developers and are considered stable and fully qualified for production use.
Deprecated Deprecated features are scheduled to be shut down and removed. For more information, see the “Deprecation Policy” section of our Terms of Service .
